I'm pleased to bring you Beaver Creek, a high-quality condominium community in the Village of Brown Deer.
Having grown up here and attended the fine Brown Deer schools, I have a strong connection with this place. While General Capital is involved in real estate throughout the country, our Brown Deer projects are very special to me.
This is my hometown, and I have an extra focus on the design, quality and style of Beaver Creek. I hope you'll see the care, quality and special features we've put into the project. A very important distinction at General Capital is our passion and focus on energy efficiency and environmentally sensitive building techniques. The condos at Beaver Creek will be Green Built Home™ and Energy Star® Homes certified. These certification programs help us build homes that are healthier and inexpensive to operate. Your energy bills will legitimately be 25% lower at Beaver Creek. That's real savings you can bank on. I know you'll feel great knowing you've decreased your environmental footprint. Please ask our broker for more information on Beaver Creek's "green" features.
We hope you'll like Beaver Creek as much as we do.
When Michael and I were growing up in Brown Deer, we learned some important lessons about value. Over the years, we've become successful because our customers know we always provide value exceeding expectations.
Our homes provide exceptional features for your money.
We know that you will enjoy living at Beaver Creek.
My wife Sharon and I have lived in Brown Deer for over 30 years. When I built my Northern Technical Services office building on North 60th Street in 1990, I never could have imagined the Beaver Creek Condominiums would take its place. But times change... we're happily retired, and the office building was recently dismantled to make way for the Beaver Creek project. I'm pleased to be partnering with one of the premier real estate developers in Wisconsin to create an exciting new housing concept for Brown Deer.
We live just a few blocks away, so rest assured that I will be following our progress closely and making sure we deliver a high quality project that will be a source of pride for the neighborhood.
When General Capital approached us to be its architect for Beaver Creek, it was clear that the principals had a very special vision in mind. Most importantly, General Capital wanted to create a neighborhood that takes advantage of its natural setting on Beaver Creek, a beautiful little stream soon to be "naturalized" by the Village and the DNR. Welman Architects created a blend of two building styles, clustered around a professionally landscaped green with walking path and pergola. The Townhomes at Beaver Creek are two-and three-bedroom units with highly functional floor plans and meticulous attention to detail throughout. To complement the Townhomes, we designed the Garden Homes at Beaver Creek, a 27-unit building with elevator service and underground parking. While each building has its unique character, they are blended visually with similar architectural elements, such as a common color palette and brick chimneys. These condominiums are designed in a traditional style that will maintain and enhance their value for many years to come. It is our pleasure to present these architect-designed residences to inspire you to create your own unique home.
